Swine production is one of the largest and most prominent among the livestock and poultry industries in the Philippines.  However, it is also one of the biggest wastewater generators. Without proper wastewater treatment, its discharge can be detrimental to the receiving environment and can pose risk to public health.


 

COMMON ISSUES AND PROBLEMS

High nitrogen levels(ammonia, nitrites and nitrates)

Our product has all of the different species of bacteria needed to complete the whole nitrogen cycle. Our bacteria will degrade ammonia, nitrites and denitrify nitrates. Effectively our bacterial process will turn your nitrogen problems into harmless nitrogen gass.

High High Fats, Oils and Grease

We have extremely effective bacteria that can break down fats, oils and grease into their respected elements. High Fats, Oils and Grease consists oxygen, hydrogen and carbon, our bacteria will break down these High Fats, Oils and Grease to water and carbon dioxide with no residuals to clog up your system.

High phosphates

Our bacteria will bind your phosphorous in their cells effectively removing them from your outflow water.

High TSS

Our photosynthetic bacteria will effectively bind your suspended solids and settle them out of your water body our other bacteria can then effectively digest these solids if they are organic.

High COD/BOD

The above issues combine to give you a high COD/BOD reading and by treating these issues we effectively lower our COD/BOD to make sure that your outflow water can be under specifications needed for General standards.

PROBLEM

The said farm has problems with solid build-up, algal bloom, odor, and high concentration levels of BOD and TSS.

SOLUTION

The application of Microbe-Lift IND and Microbe-Lift SA increases the degradation rate of organic waste while controlling odor as it also targets Ammonia and Hydrogen Sulfide concentration levels.

LABORATORY ANALYSIS

The photos above show that Microbe-Lift IND and Microbe-Lift SA reduced solid build-up and controlled algal bloom. It was also very effective in gradually reducing the concentration levels of pollutants.
